I fell in love with Kangoo Jumps the minute I took my first class 2 years ago. I wanted to share my love with others. I knew there were lots of people out there that didn’t workout because of impact, joint and muscle problems. I quickly discovered that Kangoo was the answer for them. After extensive training and receiving my certification, I opened the Kangoo Club Spruce Grove. I love working with those who aspire to become a better stronger version of themselves.
Having a place to come and forget about the outside world and decompress for an hour, with the ability to focus on yourself is an amazing way to stay mentally and physical empowered. Although balancing family and a career may be tough sometimes, I truly believe that finding time for yourself and your health is very important. It stands as a great example for family & friends.
I am Alexis Wright. My family and I moved to Spruce Grove 4 years ago. My fitness journey started in 2010 and elevated in 2013. I worked hard towards my goals and lost 100lbs in 11 months! In that time I became a Zumba, Zumbini instructor and hired a personal trainer to help push me further towards my fitness goals. I moved back to Alberta & continued on my fitness journey & became a kickboxing instructor as well as other weight training classes! I was instructing 12-15 classes a week and was so close to my goal when I tore 2 ligaments from my hip & leg I was devastated I felt like my dream of instructing was taken away.
I changed careers into finance and built a successful business with my husband, I still felt like something was missing and I had gained back 50lbs. That's when I found the Kangoo Club Spruce Grove! Every time I show up to bring you a class it's not just a class to me it sets my soul on fire! It makes me come alive, and I am on the journey with you! Kangoo Jumps gave me back my dream to instruct again and reach my fitness goals while I help you reach yours.
I began Kangoo Jumps in October 2017. After dealing with 3 years of heartache and loss in my family, being too busy taking care of everyone else and not really taking care of myself, I decided that it was time for me to make a change. I showed up with my sister in law to attend a different class but, we were late. Not wanting to disrupt the class, we were going to leave. 5But, there was a lady there with these Kangoo Jumps boots. After asking questions and viewing a couple videos we decided to give it a try. Needless to say, we were addicted. From October 2017 to August 2018, I went from 164 lbs and finally hit my goal weight of 149 lbs and I feel amazing. When the opportunity came to become an instructor, I went for it. My goal is to help motivate and encourage people to live a healthier lifestyle, take that "me time" for yourself and to have amazing fun doing it. Kangoo Club Spruce Grove has changed my life in so many ways. My girls, age 22 and 7, love it as well.
Kristieanne is a health and wellness enthusiast. Fitness is her passion. Her greatest satisfaction comes from having a positive impact on people’s lives. Clients see her enthusiasm and feed off of this. She believes with discipline, motivation and dietary balance, you can make progress that show. With consistency and perseverance, anything is possible to achieve any goals you may have.
Kristieanne is a certified Kangoo Jumps Instructor at Kangoo Club Spruce Grove. Having certification in Kangoo Power, Kangoo Kick and Punch, Bootcamp, and discovery kids. She also has a Personal Trainers certificate & Group Training certificate.
Kristieanne knows how hard it is to be dedicated to your personal health & personal growth with being a wife and a mother of three children with a full-time job. She hopes to empower, inspire and spread the love and passion for fitness through teaching and encourage your Journey to a healthier life.
My name is Kim. I am a wife and a mother of 4 children. I started my fitness journey back in October of 2017 with the Kangoo Club Spruce Grove. I found out very quickly with Kangoo Jumps, what an amazing workout it was not only for my body but also for my mind. I tried a few challenges at the club and had major results to both my overall health and wellbeing. Not to mention the positive changes to my weight and shape. I loved it so much and really wanted to help others reach their goals like I did . In May of 2018, I took the intensive training to become a Kangoo Jumps instructor. It is my goal to help people achieve there personal goals and help them be successful with them. You can do anything you put your mind to ! I am very excited to jump with you at the Club!
